Big bands, great beers, a Royal Wedding and the best festival we have ever put on! Well in actually its our first, but as always we never do things by halves.

We have booked some of the biggest artists/bands any festival this side of Glastonbury has seen. Each day has kids and family things to do, food stands, soft drink, wine, cider and of course over 20 real ales in our beer tent.

The whole of Mayfest is under Marquee, so no danger of the famous Somerset mud.

TICKETS: £7.50 each day. Advance ticket sales from The Maypole Inn or on the day:- I.D Only pictures I.D will be accepted for anyone appearing to be under the age of 21. Those under this age will be issued with wrist bands to identify them to security staff. Any person under the age of 18 consumming alcohol on the Mayfest site will be ejected without question.

Friday 29th April 2011 £7.50 - Gates open 11am - First live band 1pm, see the Royal wedding via our massive screen, live bands throughout the afternoon and evening finishing with headliners 'Groove-a-licious'.

Saturday 30th April 2011 £7.50 - Gates open 11am - First live band 12 noon and live music all day and evening. Our Saturday night headliners 'The Loose Cannons' close Mayfest 2011.

Groove-a-licious Groove-a-licious are a 12 piece Funk, Soul & Disco band based in Taunton, Somerset.
